Appointing Gina Grennen as Registrar of Vital Statistics - Granicus Testing

WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 26:8-11 requires the Township to appoint a local Registrar of Vital Statistics; and
WHEREAS, Gina Grennen was appointed as Registrar of Vital Statistics from October 1, 2021 to serve a three (3) year term which expires on June 17, 2026; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to appoint a Registrar of Vital Statistics for a three-year term;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED on this 7th day of October, 2026, by the Township Council of the Township of South Brunswick, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that:
1. Gina Grennen shall be and is hereby appointed as the local Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Township of South Brunswick for a three-year term, from June 18, 2026 to June 17, 2029.
2. The appointment of Gina Grennen as local Registrar shall be immediately certified by the Township Clerk to the State Department, but shall not become effective until thirty (30) days from the date of filing of said certification, unless sooner approved in writing by the State Department.
3. Gina Grennen shall serve as local Registrar of Vital Statistics for the Township of South Brunswick for a three (3) year term for the period June 18, 2026, through June 17, 2029, and then until her successor has been appointed and qualified pursuant to law.
